This 05 day tour package offer a nice itinarery to explore the untouched region in Northwest of Vietnam, Mu Cang Chai, the tour start by night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and come back to finish in Hanoi by day private van.

Day1: Hanoi – Night train to Lao Cai
08:00 Pick up at the lobby of the hotel in Hanoi transfer to Hanoi Railways Station for the night train to Lao Cai
Day 2: Sapa – Suoi Ho – Ma Tra – Ta Phin (12 trekking, 4-5hour trekking) B,L,D
You are welcomed by guide and driver at Lao Cai train station and transported to Sapa, having breakfast at the hotel before walking about 12km along the mountain trails to visit Suoi Ho, Matra and Taphin villages which are inhabited by Black Hmong and Red Dzao tribes. Along the way we can come in some schools as well as tribal houses to have experience of local Sapa life. Moreover, the landscape, culture, custom and tradition of Black Hmong tribe of Suoi Ho and Matra villages are preserved from tourists so you can study the raw things here. Picnic lunch will be served on the way. Arriving at Ta phin village of Red Dzao people in the late afternoon and then being transferred to Sapa town by car. You stay overnight at the hotel in Sapa Town.
Day 3: Sapa – Than Uyen – Mu Cang Chai (home stay) B,L,D
Check out to leave Sapa this morning, we will head to Mu Cang Chai where have beautiful terraced fields that was recognized as heritage of terraced fields. FromSapa town, our car will take us cross Tram Ton Pass where you can enjoy freshestand cool air and nice landscapes. Taking tours to visit villages of Muong Khoa, Muong Kim and Na Kim where you can see very colorfulminority groups. Lunch en route. Arrival in Mu Cang Chai at mid afternoon, we will drive to Kim Noi village, the village of Black Thai people, one family here will be our host today. Leisure time we may take a strolling around this village to see the normal life of villagers. Dinner with family. Overnight at Kim Noi village of Thai people in Mu Cang Chai
Day 4: Mu Cang Chai – Yen Bai (B,L,D)
After having breakfast, we leave Mu Cang Chai for Yen Bai City. Having lunch in Nghia Lo, a town among mountains with many revolutionary relics, beautiful sceneries, and the calm life which imprint deeply Thai Ethnic Group’s culture
Upon arrival Yen Bai city, check – in hotel. Free at leisure till visit Nguyen Thai Hoc temple & Thac Ba Hydro – electric Power plant – one of the oldest hydro station in Viet Nam. You stay overnight in Yen Bai city.
Day 5: Yen Bai – Hanoi City tour – Departure
Have breakfast at hotel.
Come back Ha Noi capital.
Have lunch at local restaurant.
If have time, visit the West Lake & Tran Quoc pagoda on the way transferring to airport for departure flight to other destination. End of services. Good bye and see you again.
