Walk pass pagodas and temples in Hanoi, kayak amid labyrinthine limestone outcrops in Halong Bay, bike pass vibrant green rice paddies, investigated magnificent historic sites in Hue and strolls through the enchanting city of Hoi An, one of Vietnam architectural gems. Round out your days of discovery with meal of delicious local cuisine and stays at warm welcoming hotel.

Detail itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi Airport. Meet our guide at the Noi Bai Airport and transfer to hotel in downtown Hanoi. In the evening, enjoy a special Water Puppet show and have welcome diner with the local delight. You stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City tour
After breakfast in hotel you will take an interesting guided city tour of Hanoi including Ho Chi Minh complex (the Mausoleum, the house& garden and the museum) and One Pillar Pagoda, a unique ancient architecture. After here we move to Temple of Literature, the first University in Vietnam which was built in 1070. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant.
In the afternoon we enjoy in cyclo tour in the ancient part of Hanoi. Walking down some small and lively street to see busy local market then join locals for green tea or coffee in the local café. You stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay.
Departing from Hanoi, we drive 154km to Ha Long Bay. Upon our arrival we embark on a junk trip amongst some of the spectacular limestone peaks – time to relax and and enjoy the beauty of the bay. If you feel energetic and wish to get closer view of the scenic rock formations, you should climb aboard a sea kayak for a leisurely exploration of the bay. We stay overnight on boat.
Day4: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi.
After our breakfast on the boat we continue boating to explore some of the truly awesome sceneries of the bay, vertical and unusual rocks and islets emerge from the sea. Moreover, you can swim in the clear water. Finally, our boat arrives in Ha Long city where we meet our driver and he takes us to Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi – Hue
Take early flight to Hue city, the former capital of Vietnam in 17th and 18th century. Hue has been recognized a World Heritage Site by UNESCO thanks to its outstanding cultural and historical values. Upon arrival we transfer to our hotel in Hue. After check in we take a short driver to the Imperial City to visit the impressive Royal Palace and other beautiful royal buildings.
Lunch in the local restaurant with the local delights. After lunch we embark on relaxing biking tour to the rural areas of Hue, passing scenic villages and green rice fields to reach Emperor Minh Mang Tomb, one of the most beautiful Emperor, s tombs in Hue. After that we have a boat trip along the Perfumed River to return to Hue City. At night we have a great time with watching Royal Court Music on the Perfumed River. You stay overnight in Hue.
Day6: Hue – My Son – Hoi An.
After our breakfast we head south through coastal rice paddies and traverse the spectacular Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. En route we stop at My Son Temple, the very former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled central Vietnam between the second century and thirteenth century. We arrive in Hoi an around 3 pm, check in the hotel and relaxing.
Day7: Hoi An.
In the morning, we enjoy a cycling ride to the ancient town and then walk to visit the local temples and traditional houses which are charming and wonderful preserved, combining Chinese, Japanese, European influences. This is followed by a boat trip on the Thu Bon River to see how the local people fishing by using the simple equipments and then we keep moving forward to the sea gate to enjoy the amazing view. On the way back to Hoi An ancient town, we will go to see some floating villages to have experience of the local life. You stay overnight in Hoi An town of one more night.
Day8: Hoi An – Da Nang – Sai gon
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Danang for a short flight to Sai Gon. Upon arrival in Tan Son Nhat, we transfer to our hotel in downtown Saigon. After lunch we will take an interesting city tour of Saigon including the Unification Palace, the Post Office, the Jade Emperor Pagoda and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 9: Sai Gon – Vinh Long – Can Tho
Breakfast at the hotel before leaving Sai Gon for an exciting day tour in Mekong Delta. After two hours driving, we will reach Vinh Long. From here we take a boat trip on the mighty Mekong River to reach a peaceful island on the river. On the island we will walk through fruit orchards and visit to local family. We have chance to try many different tropical fruits cultivated on the island, and we will be entertained with songs and music performed by villagers. After here, we will take a rowed boat trip on small canals, which are shaded by water coconut trees. We will visit to coconut candy factory and have lunch in local restaurant.
After lunch we will travel further south to Can Tho City. On the way we will cross a branch on the Mekong river on public ferry. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 10: Can Tho – Sai Gon
You should get up early in the morning and take a boat trip on Mekong River to see one of the most lively and colorful floating markets in Southeast Asia. Take a boat trip back to Can Tho for breakfast. Leave Can Tho for Sai gon with a stop on the way for our lunch. We will arrive in Sai Gon in early afternoon. You stay overnight in Sai gon.
Day 11: Departure
Breakfast at the hotel and relax until pick up time. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for flight home.
