This 6 day trip brings you to the vast delta which is formed by the deposition of the multiple tentacles and tributaries of the mighty Mekong River and the isolated beautiful island of Phu Quoc.

Day1: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be – Ben Tre (L)
Departing from Ho Chi Minh City, we drive to Ben Tre where we board our boat to venture into the green, watery world of the Mekong Delta.
River banks are laden with coconut palms, rice fields, orchard and stilted houses and the water is teeming the boats of all shapes and sizes.
The Mekong come alive as we enjoy our boat trip pass fishing boats, cargo vessels and even floating houses. We go to visit Bonsai gardens, various cottage industries and fruit orchards. In the afternoon we drive to Ben Tre province, home to lush fruit orchards, rivers and former stronghold of Viet Cong (Vietnamese communist) during American War. Here, we take a delightful stroll along the banks of Ham Luong River and we settle in with a hospitable local family for staying overnight and experience the river life.
Day2: Ben Tre – Can Tho (B,L,D)
Our discovery of the waterways and flourishing farm of the delta is to boat on the Hau River, and cycle along its banks, passing through mango groves and fruit orchards, stopping at our pleasure to come into some local houses. Following that we board our vehicle and journey to Can Tho province for overnight at the hotel.
Day3: Can Tho – Phu Quoc Island (B,L)
This morning we continue boating to explore the fertile tributaries of the Mekong River and to the floating village of Cai Rang, where we observe the waterways and learn about the way of life in the delta. Following that we take a short flight to Phu Quoc Island. Tonight we stay overnight at a resort.
Day4: Phu Quoc Island (B,L)
After breakfast, we start to the North, visit Cau Temple (the symbol of fishermen), pepper garden (the biggest garden in Phu Quoc Island). And then we cross through the National Park to see frontier Vietnam – Combodia. Following that we visit Trung Truc Templ, swim at Mui Duong Beach, enjoy fresh seafood. In the evening, you are free to enjoy night squid fishing with fishermen.
Day5: Visit the South and the East of Phu Quoc (B,L,D)
We start to go to the South at 8:00am. This is followed by visiting the pearl farm of Australia (the real pearl make in Phu Quoc Island) and the vestige of coconut prison which was built in French and American War. We keep going to Sao Beach to swim, sunbath and enjoy fresh seafood (this is the nicest beach in Phu Quoc), you have lunch on the sand beach. After lunch, we go to the East to visit Ridgeback dog and Phu Quoc collection of local person. And then we go to Ham Ninh fishing village enjoy the cheapest price seafood. Eventually, we go to see some traditional fish sauce processing houses and local wine manufacture before return back to your hotel and have dinner.
Day6: Phu Quoc – Ho Chi Minh city (B)
You have breakfast before being free to go to see Duong Dong Market and then we fly back to Ho Chi Minh City.
